Office Freylinger is an internationally acting IP firm based in Luxembourg. We advise SME and multinational companies, public-funded or private research organizations as well as business entrepreneurs.
To strengthen our multidisciplinary Trademark Attorney team, we are looking for a:
Trademark and Design Attorney
with at least seven years of experience, allowed to practice as French CPI or registered as professional representative at the EUIPO, preferably also, conversant with Benelux Trademark and Design Law as well.
Work will not only involve drafting, prosecution and opposition in trademark and design matters but there is also the opportunity to get involved in providing assistance to our clients in all Industrial Property matters in developing consistent strategies to help them in acquiring and expanding strong market positions.
The requirements for this position include excellent interpersonal skills, independence in your work, as well as an excellent written and oral command of at least two, preferably all three of Office Freylinger's working languages, English, French and German.
