Senior Corporate Officer
About us:
We are a fast-growing Luxembourg-based group of companies, focusing on long-term strategic investments, mostly in publicly traded companies
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will oversee and manage all administrative, legal and regulatory aspects of the group of companies and will be more precisely responsible for:
- Coordinating day-to-day administrative and legal formalities for Luxembourg-based Group companies
- Handling various tasks e.g. open bank accounts, draft board meetings and circular resolutions, take care of official publications and filings, review notarial and private deeds, take responsibility of standard corporate secretary duties, etc.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with Group teams and thirdparty service providers
- Taking responsibility of KYC and AML-related topics and documentation
- Leading board and shareholders meetings, review minutes, agreements and other documentation
- Maintaining corporate files and statutory registers
- Liaising with notaries, lawyers and Luxembourg authorities, as need be
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Corporate Law
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Corporate Law
- Extensive knowledge of Luxembourg Corporate Law
- Fluent in English and French, any additional language would be an asset
- Desire to learn, improve and focus on developing a long- term career in a high-level financial role
- Ability to learn quickly, with good attention to detail while being able to see the big picture
- Enthusiastic and hardworking individual committed to working in a busy environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
